Terms of Service

1. Independent service provider
Wix Design Team is an independent website design and development studio. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Wix.com Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "Wix" is a registered trademark of its respective owner and is used solely to describe the platform on which our services are delivered.
2. Scope of services
Services are scoped and quoted individually based on the package or custom brief agreed with the client in writing (email or signed proposal) before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately as an add-on.
3. Client Wix account & third-party fees
Our packages cover design and build labor only. Any Wix subscription, domain, app, or third-party fees required to run the site are billed directly by those providers to the client and are not included in our pricing.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due at launch. Ongoing support plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled with notice as outlined in the applicable plan.
5. Ownership
Once paid in full, the client owns the content and design delivered as part of their project within their own Wix account. Pre-existing tools, templates, or code libraries we use to deliver services remain our property.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds within the original agreed scope. Requests that materially change scope may be quoted as additional work.
